The gaming industry has a serious problem with how it treats women. Tidehead Studios, a woman-owned company, is dedicated to providing a safe, uplifting, and collaborative work environment where women’s voices and experiences are valued.

Positive representation has a profound effect, particularly on younger audience members. Tidehead Studios is committed to portraying diverse casts that include respectful and compassionate depictions of characters from underrepresented groups.
We work to live, not live to work.
Tidehead Studios focuses on sustainable development practices. Project development occurs at a reasonable pace that takes into account the health and wellbeing of the dev team. We do not participate in crunch periods. We will not rush a project to fill someone else’s pocketbook.
Quality is paramount.
Our games must meet a high quality standard before being released. Tidehead Studios does not release unfinished, unpolished, or unplayable content.
